Credit Card Transition
Avidia Bank has partnered with TCM Bank, N.A. to provide credit card products and services. Effective June 28, 2024, we’ll be transitioning your credit card account to this new program and TCM Bank will become the servicer of your account. TCM Bank has been providing credit card services to customers within our communities for over 26 years, and we are excited about the benefits this partnership will bring.
You can continue using your current credit card for everyday purchases, and your account number will remain the same. In addition, please note the following:
- Your monthly payment due date and payment address remain the same.
- If you have question about your account, you can continue to call the number on the back of your card.
- If you are currently managing your business credit card account through Avidia Bank’s online banking website or mobile app:
- For consumer/personal credit card accounts, you may continue to manage your credit card through the Bank’s Online Banking as you do today. (Personal Online Banking Upgrade Information).
- Alternatively, you can manage your account at mycardstatement.com
- With this option, you will need to enroll and establish separate credentials to access this site directly.
- For business credit card accounts:
- If you are managing your account, including making payments, through the eZBusiness option in the business online banking portal, you may continue to do so.
- If you manage your account through the Reports or Money Movement pages in business online banking portal, on June 28, 2024, you will no longer be able to manage your account this way.
- If you would like to continue to manage your account online, please contact TCM Bank directly at 1-800-883-0131 or by email at [email protected].
- For NEPGA credit card accounts:
- If you currently manage your account through nepga.avidiabank.com, you will be able to access your account directly at mycardstatement.com . Your current login credentials are the same.
- Alternatively, you can manage your account at mycardstatement.com
Avidia Bank and TCM Bank are committed to providing you excellent service and are working together to ensure that this transition is as seamless as possible. Please note that this change only affects the credit card program; all other products and services offered by Avidia Bank remain unchanged.

Yes, effective June 28th, 2024, your account will be transitioned to TCM Bank, N.A. However, you can continue using your current Avidia Bank credit card as many aspects of your card will remain the same including your account number, payment address, and due date. You’ll be receiving additional information in the upcoming weeks from TCM Bank about additional benefits that will be forthcoming.
No, this change is limited to just the Avidia Bank credit card program.
Your reward points balance (accrued points) will not be impacted by the conversion to TCM Bank, and you will be able to redeem points as you always have.
You were previously notified of changes to the rewards program that have already taken effect. No other changes will be made upon conversion.

No, you can continue using your current credit card for everyday purchases and your account number will remain the same. If your card expires or is lost, you’ll be re-issued a new card with a new design.

Once the request form has been submitted, a decision will be made within 3 business days. You may call back at that time for the status, or you’ll receive a notice via mail in 7-10 business days.

Yes, the credit bureau will be notified of change in ownership to TCM Bank, however, this will not affect your credit score.

Credit line sharing allows you to maximize spending for employees by allowing cardholders to share a single credit limit. (Example: ABC Corporation has two cardholders, Bob and Sally, who have been approved for a $10,000 limit. Instead of splitting the $10,000 limit between Bob and Sally’s cards, the $10,000 limit can be assigned to both cards and shared between Bob and Sally on a first-come, first-served basis. This gives Bob and Sally more spending power.)
After Friday, June 28, 2024, you can adjust the credit limits on your employees’ accounts to take advantage of this feature by completing a business account maintenance form.
